Chicken Tikka Massala

After the success of the previous tandoori chicken recipe I decided to do it again but this time add the chicken to a curry –
Recipe –
– 4 Chicken Breasts
– Jar of Curry Paste (Choose your favorite)
– Tub of Natural Yoghurt
– 6 Medium Onions
– 300 ml Passata
– 4 Cloves of Garlic
– Thumb sized piece of ginger
– Fresh Coriander
– Flaked Almonds
Method –
– Fry off chopped onions, garlic and ginger
– Add some curry paste to taste
– Add the Passata
– Throw in some coriander stalks
– Blend with a stick blender and the sauce is done
– Marinate chicken in yoghurt and curry paste
– BBQ as per previous post – tandoori style on skewers
– Add to curry sauce
– Serve up with toasted almonds, chopped coriander and a little yoghurt
