I’d been meaning to try the pulled pork from Jones & Son at the tram stop market in Edinburgh for quite a while. A few weekends back I finally did and it was first class! – way better than my previous efforts. So of course next task was to try an re-create it! I smoked a memphis dust rubbed pork shoulder as before, rested and pulled. This time however I paired it with an apple slaw (Jamie Oliver Recipe), chili jam (bbcgoodfood), and finally lots of North Carolina Style BBQ sauce –
